Local ghost stories: a special Saturday program!

On Saturday, September 26, at 6pm, MilwaukeeGhosts.com founder Allison Jornlin will be here talking about library resources you can use to aid haunting investigations. In this presentation, you will hear ghost stories and see photos of haunted locations uncovered by milwaukeeghosts.com. The website was founded two years ago by Ms. Jornlin as a means to use her skills as a researcher, her love of local history and architecture and her desire to share the stories of people who lived and worked in Milwaukee. Milwaukee Ghosts focuses on walking tours of the historic “Third Ward” and other areas in downtown Milwaukee. This program is free and open to the public. The library is usually closed on Saturday evenings, but will open at 5:30 for this special event. Please call the library for more details at 626-4312.
