Live music: The Honey Dewdrops

On Friday, April 8th, at Kewaskum High School Theatre, the library is sponsoring a FREE live music event. National touring folk duo The Honey Dewdrops will be performing a 60 minute concert of their original music. The Honey Dewdrops, from the Blue Ridge Mountains in Virginia, have been playing and writing songs together for 7 years. They have been featured on A Prairie Home Companion and in 2009 released their debut album “If the Sun Will Shine“. The Honey Dewdrops are known for their tight vocal harmonies and intricate guitar work. The concert is free and open to the public, no advance tickets are needed. Doors will open at 6:30 and the performance will start at 7pm with a short opening set by local singer/songwriter Steev Baker. Please call the library for more information at 262-626-4312.
