Kewaskum Public Library will be resuming in-person services beginning Monday, June 1. The hours will be temporarily reduced:

  • Monday 10 AM – 4 PM
  • Tuesday 10 AM – 4 PM
  • Wednesday 2 PM – 6 PM
  • Thursday 10 AM – 4 PM
  • Friday 10 AM – 4 PM

We are asking that you use the library for essential services only. This includes; browsing and check out of material, picking up holds and staff assisted placing of holds, using the internet including our catalog, and print services of printing, photocopying and scanning.

We are limiting occupancy of the building to 10 people including staff. Please do not use the library to congregate with friends or bring in your family at this time. We are requesting that you wear a mask while in the library, limit your time in the building to 30 minutes, practice social distancing and stay home if you are exhibiting symptoms of Covid-19.

We will have limited computers available and you will need to request access from the staff member on duty. Your computer time will be limited to 30 minutes per person per day. This time cannot be extended.

Items returned are quarantined for at least 72 hours and will not be removed from your account until the quarantine period is over. These items will be backdated so as not to receive unnecessary fines. Loan periods have been restored back to what they were prior to our closure in March. Indoor book returns are closed and we are not accepting returns at the circulation desk. Please use the outdoor book returns.

While Kewaskum Public Library is doing everything possible to keep the library building clean and sanitary, we cannot guarantee a germ-free environment. Entering and using the library will be at your own risk.

We thank you for your patience as we roll out this new way of providing library service to the community. We look forward to serving you and welcome all questions and comments.

Stay safe and healthy and hope to see you soon.
