SERVICES
Cleaners – Do you enjoy cleaning until it sparkles? Our new location needs a deep cleaning before we can start hosting fundraising events to open the library. Needed from February 14 – March 8. Your own supplies preferred.
Movers – We do have movers hired the week of March 25 but can use extra help that week (it’s spring break – put your teens to work) to help us take items downstairs, no elevator.
Gardeners – The library is hoping to beautify their green space and eventually expand it. Looking for gardeners to help us keep the library grounds lush.
Home Improvement Enthusiasts – We do have a construction team for the main renovations, but there are some area in the new location that are not slated for renovation in Phase I. Where are you home improvement enthusiasts? Whether it be painting, cabinetry, plumbing or general refurbishing, we need you! Some areas of need include the community kitchen, a new makerspace and meeting room space in the lower level.
GOODS
Large plastic storage containers – 18 gallon preferred size.
Tables and chairs for meeting rooms. Prefer 6-foot folding tables and stackable chairs.
Small table and chairs for staff break area.
Microwave for staff break area.
Furniture and shelving for the kids/teens/adult areas. A catalog of preferred furniture is available in the library upon request.
